The amount paid for the reservation / voucher is non-refundable and must be used once within the calendar year (365 days). In the event of a change of dates, the re-booking depends on availability and the price may require integration depending on the period chosen.

7 days before the arrival date, the 100% (including 10% VAT) of the booking amount will be charged to your provided credit card or requested by bank transfer.

Less than 7 days before arrival, the reservation is no longer changeable and the entire booking amount cannot be refunded. In case of cancellation, no-shows or early departure, the full amount will be charged.
